Shipping policy
FineFinds ships to customers across all governorates in Egypt. Please review the details below so you know what to expect.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days:
- Cash on Delivery (COD): processing starts as soon as your order is placed. We may contact you by phone to confirm your order before it ships.
- Card payments (Visa / Mastercard): processing starts once your payment is confirmed.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
Delivery time
Estimated delivery time is 2–7 business days from the date of shipment, depending on your governorate. Deliveries do not take place on Fridays or official public holidays.
Shipping rates
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address and are clearly shown before you complete your purchase.
Payment methods
You can pay online by Visa or Mastercard at checkout, or choose Cash on Delivery and pay the courier in cash when your order arrives.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, we will share tracking information where available so you can follow your delivery.
Delays
While we do our best to meet the estimated delivery times above, occasional delays may occur due to courier logistics, weather, or high-demand periods. We appreciate your patience.
